One Psalm That Can Change How You Face Trouble

“Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him For the help of His presence” (Psalm 42:5).

Guest (Male): Welcome to Seeds of Revelation, a short devotional presented by Rabbi Schneider, a Jewish believer in Jesus, the Messiah.
Rabbi K.A. Schneider: Next time you get discouraged, I pray that the Holy Spirit will remind you of Psalm number 42 verse 5. So you probably want to write this down today so you can remember it and apply it to your life next time you feel discouraged about something. Hear the word of God. Why are you in despair, oh my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise him for the help of God is my hope, for the help of his presence. Let me read it again. Why are you in despair, oh my soul? Psalm 42 verse 5. And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise him for the help of his presence. What does this mean for you and I? When you get discouraged, be encouraged because God's going to come through for you. He's going to break in. He's not going to leave you in your discouragement forever. He's not going to leave you to wallow in the plight that you're in forever. He is going to come to you and encourage you once again so that you'll praise him. He will uh revive you with his presence. So let's remember that sometimes we feel like we're going to go under, that we're going to drown under the darkness. But if you ever feel like that, you know what? Remind yourself of this. Don't be discouraged, don't despair because God is going to break in and he's going to revive me once again by his presence. I will once again praise him. You know what? You can keep you can you can you can knock a good man or woman down, but you can't hold a man a good man or woman down. And those of us that have Jesus living inside us, we're good. We might get knocked down, but we can't be kept down. Why? Because we've got a God that's bigger than every problem that we'll ever face. He'll be faithful to us and represent himself to us our entire life so we'll keep ascending up the mountain.

About Rabbi K.A. Schneider

Messianic Rabbi K.A. Schneider, a Jewish believer in Jesus and end-times messenger of the LORD, delivers the Word of the LORD with  true passion of the Holy Spirit.  At the age of 20 years old, the LORD appeared to him, supernaturally, as Jesus, the Messiah.  He has since pastored, traveled as an evangelist, and more recently, served as rabbi of a messianic synagogue.

Rabbi K.A. Schneider imparts revelation of Jesus’ Jewish heritage and His fulfillment of  messianic prophecy.  Questions of how the Old and New Testaments tie together, and how Yeshua completes the unfolding plan of The Almighty Yahweh, are answered with exceptional clarity.

Central to the LORD’s plan is Israel and the Jewish people.  Romans 11:11 explains that the Gentile believer has been chosen by God to bring the witness of the LORD to the Jewish people.  As this message of Yeshua is brought back to, and received by, the Jewish people, they will say, “Baruch Haba B’Shem Adonai” – “Blessed is He who comes in the Name of the LORD!” and in so doing, usher in Yeshua’s return (Matthew 23:39).

Through understanding the Old Testament and its prophetic nature, with Yeshua as its fulfillment, the viewer’s faith is strengthened, increased relationship and intimacy with the LORD is discovered, and an end-times vision of life is crystallized.  “Discovering The Jewish Jesus” is an end-times ministry, strengthening the church and calling her to be a readied bride for the return of the Bridegroom, Yeshua Ha Mashiach (Jesus The Messiah).
