Sandi Patty’s return to new music is resonating with listeners. “The Voice I Have Now” (Stylos Records / Gaither Music Group), her first new single in more than a decade, reached No. 1 on the iTunes Christian & Gospel Songs chart following its release last week and climbed to No. 12 on the iTunes Overall Songs chart.
The song has also been featured on Spotify’s All New Christian & Gospel, Apple Music’s New in Christian and Gaither Today’s Hits across Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer and Pandora. The release has garnered media attention from Religion News Service, CCM Magazine, RFD-TV and Tim Dillinger’s God’s Music Is My Life.
Released during Patty’s 70th birthday year, “The Voice I Have Now” celebrates the wisdom and confidence that come with experience while looking ahead to what’s still to come. That next chapter includes a return to the Grand Ole Opry on Oct. 11, marking her first performance on the iconic stage in many years.
